Nicholas and I ventured to Kid Junction yesterday to join some of the moms/kids for an afternoon out.
Kid Junction offers two levels of tubes, slides, obstacles, bridges. The play area has see-through panels, netting, webbed areas, and parent walk unders to not only insure kids are having fun, but so parents could keep a watch on their kids. They have a kid-sized town which includes a grocery store, pizzeria, animal hospital, post office, and costume shop for role playing, socializing, and using imagination. They also have an interactive play space with arcades.
Nicholas was able to hang out with Lexie for a few hours and have "kid" fun. Here are some pictures.

Pretending to work in a post office.
Punching some bags.
Lexie and Nicholas chasing the bad guys.
They had a great time together.
On another note, I got to watch the "Bucket List" this weekend. If you haven't seen the movie, it definitely is worth watching. On Katrina's Blog, she created a layout listing the items on her bucket list. I LOVE this idea and have begun to create my own "bucket list" to add to a layout.
That's it for now - enjoy your day!
